Join the Steppin’ it out Sistas walking group as they set off from a different location each week. The morning walking group meets at 9am each Tuesday morning.
During the hotter months, when it too hot to walk, stop to enjoy a game of bocce or Bingobetes (similar to bingo but using facts about diabetes).
